Sports academy website + operations platform
Result: The academy’s owner reports a noticeable improvement in conversion rates, as well as a reduction in routine work.
AI-powered counterparty credit rating tool
Result: The tool is now used daily by the risk review team, cutting due diligence turnaround from roughly 30 minutes to under 2 minutes per check and reducing missed red flags in high-risk onboarding decisions.
Personal AI job search agent
Result: New relevant postings now arrive automatically, ranked by fit, cutting out the daily manual scan and letting review time go to the roles worth applying to. In my peak job-searching months, it saved me around 8h every week. The positive effect on my mental health is harder to quantify! :)

About me
I know the day-to-day of a small business from the inside. Since 2023, I've co-owned Knock on Wood, a woodworking business we grew from one workshop in Geneva to three cities. I was the cleaner, the accountant, the instructor and the CEO, sometimes all in the same day.
Before that, I spent four years at Earthworm Foundation, an international NGO of ~250 people, where I helped roll out new tools across the whole organization and train the people using them. That's where I learned that new technology only works if the people using it are on board.
I studied business in Lausanne and I'm a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). I work in English, French, Russian and Armenian.
